Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to the following countries with the following starting rates:

My shipping address is outside the EU

If your delivery address is outside the EU VAT territory, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DELE Technology Oy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied as they are your responsibility as the customer. If you have any concerns regarding these questions, please contact us. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated shipping time indicated in the tables above, starting from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@dele.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds and returns

14-day free returns – Returning a product

We offer free returns.
Free returns do not apply to Trak Racer products.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full purchase price of the product(s). If you wish to return a product (does not apply to Trak Racer products), please contact us at contact@dele.io and we will send you a return label for returning the product(s) to us. Shipping costs associated with returning Trak Racer products are the responsibility of the consumer. Once we have received the returned goods, we will check the condition of the items and issue a refund accordingly.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@dele.io with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

For SIMAGIC products only:
Faulty products - Returns and Replacements (Within 30 Days):

If your SIMAGIC product is found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, you may return it to us. Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will provide you with a replacement.

Guarantee

All products sold by DELE have a guarantee period of at least 2 years starting from the delivery date of the product. The guarantee applies if your product is deemed defective, including any faults arising from manufacturing but excluding any damage that have arisen from improper use of the item.
